傅崐萁率领中国国民党民意代表参访团前来北京参访期间，大陆有关部门、地方在28日这一天宣布：捐助花莲地震灾区活动板房、开放台湾符合要求的文旦柚输陆、重启福建居民赴马祖观光、福建省发布新一批13条惠台措施……这些明确且具体的政策利好，皆是在回应台湾同胞渴望两岸交流合作的主流民意；而大陆的善意和诚意，也得到了岛内民众的积极评价。
对于大陆将率先恢复福建居民到马祖旅游，并在平潭到台湾的海上客运直航复航后恢复福建居民赴台团队旅游，有台媒称，马祖民众大多表示乐观其成，认为当地旅宿业、餐饮业生意惨淡很久了，此举肯定对经济有助；当地业者更是满怀期待，有岛内学者分析，按此前的数据，如果马祖旅馆民宿等能达到满房，可望带来850万元新台币的观光财。“这对台湾观光旅游服务产业可以说是一场及时雨。”国民党民意代表王鸿薇的这番话道出了马祖民众的心声。
“花莲外销大陆文旦柚占整体九成，能恢复输出对柚农绝对是好消息。”对于有望恢复台湾文旦柚等农渔产品输入大陆，很多岛内柚农都表示相当振奋与开心。
傅崐萁对其大陆行做的两个重要定位，其中一个就是“新民意”。就像台湾媒体说的，尽管目前岛内“执政权”仍掌握在民进党手中，但毕竟赖清德得票就四成，而国民党现在是台湾立法机构第一大党，且加上民众党，代表的是岛内多数民意，当然代表着台湾地区两项选举落幕后的“新民意”。
大陆对傅崐萁一行的重视，正是对台湾主流民意的重视。大陆始终把为两岸同胞谋福祉作为发展两岸关系的出发点和落脚点，始终尊重、关爱、造福台湾同胞。两岸本是一家人，家里的事一切都好商量，所以虽然岛内仍然存在人为阻力和障碍，但大陆一直在采取积极措施推动两岸各领域交流合作。而国民党民意代表愿意继续发挥其在促进两岸交流方面的优势，亦是台湾民众之幸。
有台媒指出，大陆从人道关怀，到观光旅游与农渔产品解禁的这些措施，对应的正是民进党当局上台后两岸交流彻底跌入谷底的“两岸冰河期”；冰冻三尺，绝非一日之寒，而春暖花开，也非一日可成。比如，民进党方面竭力贬低、唱衰此次傅崐萁一行访陆成果，表明他们仍无视自己在两项选举中“双少数”的事实，还在与岛内主流民意背道而驰。
中国社科院台湾研究所研究员张华对《热评两岸》表示，岛内的主流民意是要和平不要战争、要发展不要衰退、要交流不要分离、要合作不要对抗，大陆本着“两岸一家亲”的理念，积极回应岛内的民意诉求，会对民进党当局目前仍在阻挠破坏两岸民间交流的做法，形成强大的压力。
以维护民众利益为出发点和最终点的政策，才是好的政策，才能得人心、利台湾。一张问卷已经摆在了民进党当局的面前：是继续以各种借口阻挠、限制两岸交流，还是改弦易张顺应民意进而改善民生？民进党当局必须给出明确的答案。
